General Terms
-
All sketches and W.I.P will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.
 -
I might record the drawing process and post it on my social media.
 -
I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
 -
The currency accepted is either USD or Ph Peso and can be paid through PayPal.
 -
For payments, I'll be sending you an invoice with the agreed amount.
-
Clients must fully disclose any planned dates for debuts, and your expected date of completion of your model (for rushed fee payers).
-
I require credit as your model artist that can be clearly seen in your SNS Bio or About page channel.
Process and Delivery
-
I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the right to a refund.
 -
While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!
-
The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.
-
During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress images and these will usually include a watermark that will be removed in the finished piece.
-
The time it takes to finish your commission varies from a week - months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work. I would usually finish a model earliest in a week and the longest might be in 3 months.
-
If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know ASAP.
-
Once the piece is finished you will receive the PSD file of the Live2D, I allow minor cutting revisions based on the riggers request, free of charge only for 3 times, anything past that will be an additional $20.
-
Paying for a rush fee is allowed, but I may refuse if the model is too complex to make within the mentioned timeframe.
Workflow
-
I'll be accepting commissions via Google form, accepted applications will be sent a message via Twitter dms, Discord, or Email.
-
The client will confirm their quote, as well as the project timeline.
-
After confirmation, I will begin with questions that I feel will benefit my drawing flow.
-
The client will receive an invoice via PayPal
-
After I receive the agreed-upon payment, I will start the commission.
-
The client will be sent Screenshots of the current process of their model. Revisions will be made depending on where I am in the drawing.
-
When the client approves the final model, I will then double-check the layers and afterward send the PSD file via email or Google Drive.
-
Last-minute Add-on can still be made afterward. If the client wants to add more at later dates, this can be arranged but current commissions will be prioritized over adjustments or add-ons.
Payment
-
Refunds are not allowed once I start working on your model.
-
I will only accept payments for commissions I am ready and confident in finishing.
-
If for any reason I am unable to continue drawing your commission, I will refund you half of the commission.
-
An extra charge will be asked when the clients wish to keep their model a secret, meaning I will not post on any social media any type of video or preview of your model.
-
For clients who availed a rush order, they will be put on top of the list and be top priority, I only allow one rush order per batch.
-
Clients can choose how the payment will flow. Clients can either pay in parts, pay half, or pay in full. Whichever they are comfortable with and/or agreed upon.
-
Payments will be sent to the client via Paypal invoice. As of now, I will not be accepting any other payment method.
